anything? What could I
possibly have to hide from
you?” Peeta asked in a
confused manor. It had caught
him off guard. The blond’s head
tilted to the side, giving the other
male a puzzled expression.

Fili’s eyes narrowed, suspiciously.

“Peeta, I will ask you again, because I know you are lying to me. What are you hiding from me?” The dwarrow pressed, as he stepped forward. To be truthful, Fili didn’t exactly know how he knew the boy was lying or betraying him. It was just a gut instinct that told him so.
