“Mother, it is too late to be out. I knew we should have stayed home.” Fili frowned, but all the same, he took his mother’s hand.
“Don’t you scold me. I know it’s too late, and I didn’t intend to be out this long.” Dís muttered.“We have two choices,” She said as she turned to him.“We can either make a camp or try to get home.”
“Let us make for home. I think it would be a bad idea to stay out here for the night.” Fili said. He looks around nervously and let his eyes fall upon his mother once again. “Are you armed?”
