Knowing Richard, having seen loads of interviews, reading stories about fans who have met him, and following him on any social media platform I could find him on, he is not the kind of person who wants to be sexualized, that is why he lives a very private life, sure he posts gorgeous selfies but don’t we all? Everyday people post selfies of themselves when they feel confident. He has the right to ask people to monitor what they say because it makes people uncomfortable. Especially on a public platform such as Twitter, where literally anyone can see. He is being a normal human being. It is great to see that some celebrities have retained their sense of normality even after becoming famous. Some don’t and would ignore what people were saying. Then little kids who were playing with their mommy’s phones would tap on the cute little birdy on their phone and read vulgar things that aren’t appropriate for their age. It happens.
